- LMLexi MaeJul 11, 20251.0do NOT go here. their nurses are rude and unprofessional. i went in for a urine test and they read the test wrong and told me i had a “dangerously high” level of ketones in it and suggest me to the ER. I go to the ER (obviously freaked out bc these ppl are telling me my literal blood could turn into sludge) and then what? i get to the ER and NO HIGH KETONES!! These nurses do NOT know how to read a test and it ended up costing me OVER A $1000 DOLLARS NOT INCLUDING THE $99 visit fee at the clinic!! I called the little clinic and they said there’s nothing they can do. The regional lady named Kim Everett did not believe me when i told her that her workers read my test wrong. Why would i lie? why would the ER lie? They literally told me “you don’t have high ketones. they read the test wrong” and the only thing this woman can do for me is MAYBE give me $20 back (the $20 is seperate from the $99, the $20 is for the actual urine test THAT THEY READ WRONG) this place is a joke, the nurses are subpar, and the lady who did my analysis was pregnant (idc if you’re pregnant) but she was making so many little “brain farts” during our appointment and blaming it on “pregnancy brain” GIRL YOU JUST SENT ME TO THE ER FOR NO REASON?!?! I want justice for my money and my time but i know ill never get that back thanks to Kim, so i’m posting this to hopefully show others that this places SUCKS!!
