McDowell Center for Children

McDowell Center for Children in Dyersburg, Tennessee, is a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescent males ages 12 to 17 experiencing mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. Within our general residential program, we offer three separate, specialized tracks: Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis. We are licensed as a 6th to 12th grade school with Special Education services, and we follow the state’s approved curriculum and calendar.
