  If I could leave a 10 Star review I would. Dr. Culbreath and his Dickson office staff always provide excellent, caring and professional care. I did not need a referral, just did my Internet research and felt this was the number one choice for my surgical extraction and implant process. I have been working with them since June 2025 and it's just about complete. Even though I do not have dental insurance, the fee is reasonable for such quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Culbreath!

  Dr. Haley and his staff are the best! I was really nervous going in, but they made me feel completely comfortable. He removed two of my wisdom teeth so quickly and painlessly, I didn’t even realize it was done. Highly recommend!

  Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Haley and his staff! I recently went in for a procedure that was considered cosmetic with Dr. Haley. This was my second time seeing him as a patient. He talked me through the whole process and when it came to the procedure, he was so gentle that I had no bruising and very minimal swelling! I highly recommend Dr. Haley to anyone!

  Dr.Haley did a wonderful job on my wisdom tooth extraction. He was informative, caring and definitely eased my nerves. It was painless and done quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend.
