- KSKayla SimsJun 13, 20251.0Worst experience I have ever had at a medical place. I’m not sure of the doctors name, but she told me she travels to different little clinics. Doctor had absolutely no clue what she was doing. I had an appointment to get birth control and she wasted 3 pregnancy tests trying to test my urine before she had to call in a different doctor to help her because she didn’t know how to. She then told me I needed to eat more and I replied saying I have a high metabolism and eat very well. She had the audacity to respond with attitude saying “Oh, well apparently you’re just lucky I guess, but you’re still too skinny.” I have no copay with my insurance, and was told I owed nothing when leaving the appointment, but received a bill in the mail for $50 a week later claiming I owed money for the pregnancy test (which I called and confirmed with my insurance they do indeed cover), and also for a talk about not smoking (which I don’t even smoke, and I was never even talked to about whatsoever). When I called the billing department, they immediately told me they would like to put in a complaint against the doctor and I agreed. Absolutely unprofessional and tries to rack up your chargers for their own benefit!
