    Wow folks, I don't know how they even get a 2 point something the way they've been bashed on here! It will take corporate to put a good manager/leader in place before it will get better. Don't we ALL miss the days when Robert, Stephanie, Marci, Tiffany, and the rest of that bunch were our "suppliers" ?? Those were the best and those days are gone!! I will continue to be a customer, hoping for a change.

    Just hung up the phone after it ringing for 20 minutes trying to reach someone. This WHOLE pharmacy needs revamped. Way too much volume in this pharmacy for the amount of employees they have. They can never keep up. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, drive thru, or inside. Be prepared to wait in line. Prescriptions will be called in a day or 2 in advance, yet still haven't been filled when I try to pick up, even though the automated service tells you a time they should be ready by. Pic of the line at 6:47pm on a Thursday night. Kroger corporate, this needs to be addressed! You are losing customers daily!

    Very poor! Prescriptions are not filled consistently on a monthly basis. I ran out of a prescription, the pharmacy called the doctors office, and the pharmacist said they would give me some til the doctor called in another refill. We went to the pharmacy and was told that I could not get a few til the prescription was refilled. This pharmacy is so bad. I believe they have too much business that they dont care for their regular customers like they should. Very poor follow up.
