It will take corporate to put a good manager/leader in place before it will get better. Don't we ALL miss the days when Robert, Stephanie, Marci, Tiffany, and the rest of that bunch were our "suppliers" ?? Those were the best and those days are gone!! I will continue to be a customer, hoping for a change.
