You can ring 10 times ...hang up call again in 5 min ring again for 10 times. ....again and again. Nobody picks up. 06/15/24 update: For those who use GoodRx. Do not assume just because they say "we always do" as a reply to " did you run it through GoodRx?" Run it through yourself prior to going to Kroger. I received a text message stating that my Parkinson's meds were ready for a price of $231 (for 1080 carbidopa /levodopa 250 ER) I ran it through & $184.50 came up. Printed and submitted it and guess what. I win!
