- RSRough Rooster Knife SharpeningDec 23, 20251.0I have complained on the Staff at Kroger Pharmacy on multiple occasions. It takes you 30 to 45 minutes to get through the drive through. And when you get to the window they ALL are rude to you, and they act like you are an inconvenience to them. The one main guy that has glasses and curly hair is very impatient and EXTREMELY rude. Apparently hanging up on customers is the new thing. I have contacted corporate once again, and filed a complaint again. If you don't want to get aggravated and don't want to waste your time, go elsewhere. I will not do any more business with Kroger Pharmacy or Kroger from this point forward.
