- MCmarilyn colemanApr 29, 20245.0Their pharmacists technicians are very knowledgeable and eager to inform you of side effects of a medication you may tend to ignore. They are attentive to a change in my usual prescription and always make sure I familiarize myself with the appearance of pills or capsules when the manufacturer has been changed. If a medication isn't in stock and has to be ordered, I'm notified almost immediately to avoid an unnecessary visit. Most times, they've already checked another location when they notify me. Before I changed to this pharmacy, I always had to count my pills for fear of being shorted. When you're trying to keep all your maintenance medications on the same pickup schedule, it's obvious when one didn't have the correct number at the start. Never have I had the problem here, not even once. And, they all are just as friendly and professional one minute from closing as when they just opened. A special shout out to pharmacist Kelli. She leads by example. I have as much trust in my Kroger Pharmacy as I have in my doctor. Thank you.
