- LLLoren LoveSep 9, 20201.0If I could give this store a negative number I would because they don't even deserve a 1 star from me. I was in this store for a little shopping. When I exited the store a old fellow pulled me to the side and told me about a problem that he was having with the store manager. He was a US army veteran with Parkinson's disease and a service dog.. He explained to me that the store manager kicked him and his service dog out and said the dog was not allowed in the store. He even went as far as to threaten to call the police on the old fellow and have him arrested for trespassing even though he had the dogs certification with him and clearly marked with the service dog vest. I am a 4 year navy vet myself so this hit really close to home for me. This manager needs to be fired! I will not spend another one of my hard earned money with this company again and if this is Krogers stance on serving our veterans I will take to all of my social media platforms and let everyone know. I will stand in front of the store with a picket sign letting every customer that comes in and out of this store know how Krogers treats our veterans. I will also call my good friends at fox13 news and see if they would run this story. And to top things off, the assistant manager came down to help with the situation, so Mr manager since you could not come down to rectify a problem that you caused, sir you are a slime ball with no morals and I want you fired or demoted from the management position. Kruger will not hear the end of this from me until I speak with someone on the corporate level about this.
