- JKJames KyleOct 23, 20251.0Sonia does not know what she is doing she had drather be on her phone or in her car than to be dealing with her customers. i have had nothing but terrible experience with her they ran Kristi McBroom off well made her quit she help me alot more than Sonia every did. They should have ran Sonia off and kept Kristi I will tell everyone never to go to Miracle Ear they are a sorry business. My hearing aids they have sent them back numerous times and they are a piece of junk. i recommend that no one every go to this place and save there money and time. Sonia told me when i first got my hearing aids that i would have free batteries for life now they are charging a ridiculous price for them i have to go and buy them elsewhere so i will never go back as long as she is there.
