- BGBrenda GoolsbyNov 3, 20253.0The doctors are wonderful. Joyce has seen me for all my pregnancies, helped me conceive my twins while struggling with PCOS, but the receptionists are ridiculous. They never answer phones. For any reason. I went in for my labs today, sat in a room for 45minutes and not a soul in sight. I went to the front desk and told them I needed to reschedule and tried to ask questions to make sure I was in the right place at least and she gave me nothing. Am switching PCPs over this.

It’s now been two weeks, and I still haven’t been contacted. This delay is extremely frustrating and concerning, given how long I’ve been seeking answers.
