Why isn't a Krogers Headquarters just calling to see how the customer service!! It is rude & disrespectful. I call & it is on hold & cycles around for 25 minutes, so I called the Store Manager to walk over there who said no customers were there, yet all they did was put on hold again, cycle around again. By the time the pharmacist came, it was ridiculous how long it was. CVS is justore innovative & I know they have more customers. Krogers need to note how they manager.
