" and then she wanted to school me on why the delay & why the prescription was not filled correctly!! Now I wait 45 minutes more like i have nothing else to do! While they play joke & laugh among staff, nothing is getting done. Where is Holly, the pharmacist?. CVS is friendlier & more on top of things. They all just playing around today.

I just had to transfer all my meds to Walgreens Nashville hwy due to them refusing to fill for 24 hours! We do not even have a huge covid 19 issue in Columbia TN. I could see if this was NY city or something of that sort but come on! Your just being rude! These are meds I need ASAP! Thank goodness Walgreens is still a good pharmacy who cares about their customers! Kroger you need to clean house and find workers with some customer service experience! You should never hang up on someone while they are talking! Pathetic!
