If they’re not keeping you on hold for extended periods of time they’re talking to you like a criminal when asking about a Rx refill! I had 2 grocery items I asked to pay for with my Rx and was told “NO” because they didn’t have a bag to put them in, when there were literally several bags sitting on the counter. I said I didn’t need a bag and the employee straight face looked at me and said “NO.” So I’m done. I will not be back.

This is a controlled substance so I will be filling charges on the theft because it has happened before but someone’s ass is on the line this time !! Who ever stole my meds will walk out in handcuffs !!!

The staff at our Byhalia Kroger Pharmacy has been honest, cooperative and willing to explain insurance, prescriber, and other issues we have had. Our location has a large inventory of drugs and has a much better delivery involving securing out of stock drugs than CVS.
