- NSNatalie SiedschlagJul 26, 20255.0I had a positive experience here this morning. Was in and out within 45 minutes with an appointment. The staff was friendly and polite. The NP gave me great advice, said she or another NP would follow up
- KSKirstin StoneJul 8, 20251.0Incredibly unprofessional and rude NP from jump - ie: over an hour wait past my appointment time, when I showed up early for an appointment, with one teenager ahead of me. I had a bad upper respiratory infection, had already self-tested (negative) for COVID and flu, but NP re-tested (fine, but still...), and she refused to prescribe literally anything (not for symptoms, not for bacterial infection, even though that was ultimately what it was, thanks to another appt 2 days later). I had just gotten off of 2 back to back days on a plane, and my feet were swollen as a result. She looked down, and yelped, "what the heck's wrong with your feet?!" I told her I'd been flying, it always happens, I just need water and to sleep. She rattled off some random herbal supps that "will totally help you with travel," told me I need to sleep 10 hours a day every single night if I don't want to look old soon (lol what?!). It was a ride. Then I got the bill, and I was charged for flu, strep, COVID tests....and an emotional/behavioral assessment. Which definitely didn't happen, but I might need after seeing the charge.
