  I had to leave a review! Today I came in and I wasn’t feeling good at all. Brittany was very kind. I felt safe and she was very professional. I just want to say thank you so much!

  Brittany Brittany Brittany I can not say enough good things about this woman. She listens to understand. Her level of concern for her patients is so heartfelt. I am actually getting tears in my eyes when I think about the fact I wish she was my pcp. Brittany thank you so much for being you. Please never change!!! 🥰🥰🥰

  I will NEVER return to the Kroger Little Clinic on Houston Levee in Collierville, TN. I’m A a 67 yr old diabetic woman. I made an appointment for 12/27/25. I was on my 3rd day of symptoms. Upon arrival, I waited 1.5 hrs past my appointment time to be seen, even though only 2 patients were called in before me. I tested negative for Covid and the flu. I was diagnosed with a lower respiratory infection and an antibiotic was sent to my pharmacy. Research said examples of a LRI are pneumonia and bronchitis. Later that day, I checked the pharmacy portal and there was a note concerning an insurance issue. I checked again the next day (all the while getting sicker) and there was still an insurance alert. At this point, I am feeling much worse and not really processing well. My daughter mentioned calling to check on the meds, which I did the following morning. The pharmacist said my prescription had been sent in an intravenous form. The pharmacy was waiting to contact the little clinic when it reopened. Although the web site indicated that it was open on weekends, when I called the phone number listed, the recording only gave M-F hrs. Monday morning I checked the pharmacy portal one last time and there was no evidence of any prescription. I called the clinic and explained my situation. The woman replied she didn’t know how that happened, but my prescription was filled promptly. However by now, I AM SO SICK. I cannot quit coughing. My rib cage is extremely sore and my head feels like it is splitting into when I cough. I am miserable. I fully believe this is bc I was unable to get antibiotics in a timely manner. I went 3 extra days without my antibiotics.

  Brittany is an excellent care provider. She is kind and listens to her patients. My child was sick and she took good care of her. She is one of the reasons we only go to the Little Clinic on Houston Levee. Anikia and Mariah make a good team. Thank you Team for doing what you do everyday.
