- LLLavernious LaverniousDec 5, 20244.0My experience on 12/3 was great. I had a bad respiratory infection and Miss Brittany and her staff made me feel welcome and they took great care of me. It’s been two days my cough and horrible feeling in my chest and sinuses have mostly gone away thanks to the antibiotics I was prescribed which since I use the pharmacy at the same store were ready 15 minutes after my appointment was finished! Miss Brittany and the nice woman who worked the front desk and took my vitals (I forgot her name) were both very nice, respectful, and professional. Definitely would go back for anymore minor medical needs in the future.

They directed us to the Byhalia location where the check-in lady was rude and zero care about this mishap with their provider and then they told me it would be a long wait bc they have appointments instead of an apology or explanation. You’d think they’d acknowledge the batch on their end and get us in quickly as we’ve been waiting over an hour to learn about this… when you call to talk to anyone on a corporate level - there isn’t really an opportunity. The advertisement of convenience and care is false and this will last be my last time attempting to use them.
