- STstan trahanDec 8, 20224.0One of the pharm techs was very rude in the drive thru. Bad attitude b4 we even conversed. Talked to the pharmacist and she explained they were having issues with text prescriptions being wrong. As mine was. Said customers were jumping on them about it. The tech got mad and slammed phone down and walked off. “Drive thru” Pharmacist came over to explain her behavior and brushed me off. Been going 11 years to this location. Usually very good service. This tech needs training or different job. Asked Pharmacists for her bosses number. Can’t give out but they will call me next week If they aren’t on holiday. I have been told by Kroger employees they can’t get off in Dec. Big money month. We will see if they call.
