- DJDennis JeromeAug 14, 20241.0I contacted them today. 8/14 /2024 I inquired if they are in Blue Cross Blue shield of Tennessee network s Network. But she stated that they were. I asked her again due to the fact I've had an experience where they've told me they were in network and then I found out that the place was out of network and I got billed for out and at work. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I would not want her to be the face of the company the first thing I see or talk to. So it makes me wonder how the rest to the other staff is. Well I will say one thing I'm not going to find out. I'm going to go elsewhere.

- KKKatapillarOct 20, 20221.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. The way these people take forever to get to you is just rude! The Nurse practitioners are slow and don’t even understand what you’re trying to tell them and they don’t care to teach people what they should take plus how to take it. Feels like the male dr is looking women up and down it’s disgusting. I never feel comfortable when in the waiting room and the examination room either. The waiting time to be seen is just even worse. The medical assistants I understand are trying but please if you’re all readying this then give them more credit take what they say they heard from us and listen to them. We tell them what we are gonna tell you as well so the information we tell your assistants can maybe be relayed to you the doctor after and before you come in. I’ve never met a more fake feeling set of practitioners in my life.

- BCBill CrabtreeAug 21, 20221.0PRETTY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY PAULA TREATS SOME OF HER PATIENTS THERE I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR AWHILE NOW AND I TOOK MY DAD IN THERE TO GET SOME MEDICAL ADVICE BECAUSE I ENJOY ☺️ THE GROUP THERE BUT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CALLED IN A MEDICINE AND DO A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS MEDICINE AND NEVER DID DO THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SO HER WORK ETHICS ARE A LITTLE POOR OR SOMETHING IS LACKING SOMEWHERE…. JUST DISAPPOINTED IN YOU PAULA….
