- DJDennis JeromeAug 14, 20241.0I contacted them today. 8/14 /2024 I inquired if they are in Blue Cross Blue shield of Tennessee network s Network. But she stated that they were. I asked her again due to the fact I've had an experience where they've told me they were in network and then I found out that the place was out of network and I got billed for out and at work. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I would not want her to be the face of the company the first thing I see or talk to. So it makes me wonder how the rest to the other staff is. Well I will say one thing I'm not going to find out. I'm going to go elsewhere.

- ETEliana TarverSep 1, 20224.0The medical staff is wonderful both Blake and Paula are very knowledgeable and considerate. They are also very courteous and professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because their reception staff comes off as being both rude and arrogant.
