  Lesli has been one of the best phlebs they’ve had and kept in a long time at Kedplasma. I’ve been going there since they opened and she’s my favorite so far. She’s had her days just like everyone else. She’s one of the reasons I enjoy my donations because she will sit there and watch and make sure I’m feeling well through my donation

  This establishment does not properly train its employees. I waited almost four hours only to be assigned to someone who clearly wasn’t prepared. Leslie, who I was told had just graduated high school, could not find a vein and continued sticking me repeatedly. It was extremely painful, and she kept nodding in and out as if she couldn’t stay alert. When I politely asked if she could get someone more experienced to assist her, she scolded me. She even bragged to me that she had been drinking the night before with another employee named Ricky. To be clear, Ricky seemed very professional, so I’m not sure why she thought sharing that information was appropriate—or why she believed it made her falling asleep during the service acceptable. On top of that, she was on her phone the entire time—completely unprofessional. I spoke with management, but they seemed overwhelmed and even admitted that they had received multiple complaints about her. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why she’s allowed to work unsupervised. Other than that, the pay was decent even though I did have to wait an additional couple of hours to receive my payment.

  The worst. Bruised my arms more than once. Became sick vomiting. No saline IV. Best of luck walking out on two legs. Almost called an ambulance, then another patient came out and collapsed, they did call an ambulance for her. Your taking a big chance on your life donating here. Untrained staff and big turnover on staff. Incompetence of management.

  Untrained staff, manager Ashely is rude and unprofessional if she has to come on the floor. She doesn’t smile or talk to the donors. Very very unfriendly. So much so that I won’t ever be going back there again. I’ve written complaints on the website before and I’ve called it in. No one cares or responds so the owner must be just as bad as the managers she allows to work there in that position. I don’t care how long someone has worked there. It does not give ASHLEY the right to treat donors the way she does. Don’t waste your time with this place. It’s the worst plasma center within a 50 mile range. If you can somewhere else do it. Other places pay just the same if not more and you’re treated like you matter.

  The staff isn’t trained properly and each time you go its different people. You take a risk each time of having your veins blown. Notice the pic in these other reviews and how the owner ignored it. I have posted pics of my arm as well and was ignored. After they blow your vein they tell you that you can’t come back for 2 months. Management is rude and defensive and none of the staff are licensed phlebotomists. In the reviews they keep saying donor eligibility is made to ensure the safety of donors but they don’t care about safety or the staff would be properly trained. The only time they are fully staffed is when the state is coming to do a walk through. At that time they call everyone in to pretend like they have a full team and are following the rules. Bio life has trained staff and is way cleaner, no express pass bs or rude management and no risk of blown veins. And the owner actually does care. The owner of kedplasma doesn’t or action would be taken where needed. Take your risk people
