After meeting the manager of the Cleveland Office, I knew they were the right choice to handle my needs. We were assigned Rebecca for the day who handled all transportation and transfer needs. Rebecca’s kindred spirit, warm heart and engaging smile was exactly what I wanted in a Caregiver for my Mom. She treated mom with great respect, and showed unending patience as if she was caring for her own mother. My mom has been in and out multi hospitals and rehabilitation centers over the past 5 months - at 87 she has been a warrior in handling the setbacks of 2 strokes. She is now settled in at a Memory Care facility; for me her daughter and an only child, knowing that Home Instead is a service we can rely on is a God send - Having Rebecca on my team to assist with Mom when needed is a gift and a blessing beyond words.
