I'm not sure what is wrong with people. So impatient. 1 star because you had to wait in the drive thru? Really. That's silly.
Here's what I love about my long time experience with the Pharmacy team at Kroger's (Lowes drive) after really, care for many many years:
The Pharmacists are helpful. I had a head injury and concussion syndrome and a pharmacist took the time to get my meds ordered, explain them, and treated me as a priority.
The staff is busy. REALLY BUSY. I've not had a bad experience...ever. Since 2008. They are as responsive as time allows and really hustle to try to get the medications out to everyone. This is a VERY BUSY location. Be patient for them.
Today, I have a ton of new meds for a new condition. The Pharmacist took the time to explain the prescriptions.
My prescriptions (several) were on hold. He found out why they are on hold and told me how to fix it to get these much sooner.
THIS IS my pharmacy and my Kroger. And no one stays
with the same place since 2008 without being very happy
with the services available, the store and the pharmacy staff.
I see none of the whining about this location as valid.
They are busy. Be patient. Be kind. They are knowledgeable and they do care.

Waited at the drive thru to pick up prescription. There was noone there and we were the first in line. The lady working the window didn't acknowledge us for almost 5 minutes and then finally said just one moment. Another almost 10 minutes goes by no help. Finally get help and she says the prescription that was sent in at 9am (its now 5pm) wasn't ready because they are behind on filling prescriptions due to giving covid shots and then changed her story to oh you can get this otc so we didn't process it. How dare you tell people that their potentially life altering medication wasn't filled all day because the pharmacy was too busy giving a covid shot! That's the biggest lie I have ever heard. Had she just been upfront and honest from the get go I wouldn't be mad but no she had to give some lie about being behind due to covid shots. It's always something at this pharmacy. The customer service has been awful lately.

Dont get me wrong. Some of the pharmacist are great, but most are rude. There is this one there that talks over you, refuses to help and gets an attatude and acts like we are slow. The last FIVE times i went there he refused to run my insurence and tryed to charge me and every other person there has never charged me anything. I cant even get my heart meds when hes there.
