- VDVictor DuqueSep 19, 20251.0I went in at the beginning of July to get glasses. Within the first 30 days, I returned them and was told I would receive a refund. It is now September, and I still have not received a refund or any update. When I called after the first month, I was told the refund check was likely lost in the mail and would be resent. Since then, I have tried calling multiple times with no answer. I also receive automated text messages from the business asking if I need anything, and I have sent several messages requesting an update on my refund, but none have been answered. It has now been over two months without resolution or communication. At this point, I am convinced I will not receive my refund, and I will never return here.
