Very disappointed. I had previously made an appointment online to get the required fitting and class required to buy the Meta Raybans. Checking in the staff looked at me with blank stares, telling me I didn’t make an appointment. Frustration growing I explained that these glasses require the class required to purchase. They had no idea what I was talking about. I kept my cool and went over to the display that featured the glasses front and center. I asked to lady seated at the display about purchasing the glasses. I mentioned that maybe I could order a pair??? I felt like I was begging for them to take my money. They had no idea about the glasses and was argued with when I mentioned that the bracelet isn’t sold on its own and that it was a component of the glasses and that either isn’t sold alone. I’ve shopped here for years and the only thing that the appointment produced for me was them stating they didn’t take Tri care insurance any longer and the second insurance I have was no good either. I’m sure Ray-Ban wouldn’t appreciate such a horrible job representing their company. I felt like I was being punked.

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters and their staff. Working with Lausonz with helping me find the right pair of glasses was seemless. I will always come back here every year.

Everyone @ Lens Crafters gets 5 stars from the doctor to the technician who helped me choose my new frames and lenses. As a family we have been using Lens Crafters for several years now and have always had 5 stars experience with all facets from the eye exam to the new glasses/contacts.

Nothing against this particular store. It's ran well and has friendly people.
But, I was disappointed in the frames selection. It seems to me as though LensCrafters is trying to offer every brand available. But, only a very few options within those brands.
There were 3 particular brands of glasses that I was interested in today. Costa, Burberry, and Ray-Bans.
But, there were only a few of each of those. No selection. And the ones that they did offer, were so similar that it was hard to tell the difference.
So, I ended up just getting a eye exam and I guess I will go somewhere or my frames. I've been using LensCrafters for a few years. So, this surprised me a little bit.
One other thing... After my insurance, (which is better than most eye insurance), I was still going to have to pay $358 (out of the $1,540.00 total)
I felt that was too much. And that was including $100 promotion that they're offering right now.
Glasses just should not cost that much. I think I can do better.
In the past, I've been able to wear a pair of glasses for 2 or 3 years. But, I'm aging now, and my eyes are changing quicker than they ever have. So, I have to buy a pair of glasses every year. I just can't spend that much annually

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
