I never had issues with this pharmacy until recently. I had a prescription for an antibiotic filled this week. The next day I got a call that there had been a possible mix up and sure enough I had one wrong tablet. They were quick to resolve the issue and replace it with the correct one but still a bit concerning. Today I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription for my son and I was told "That's just liquid Zyrtec. You can get it over the counter. I don't think we even have that in stock right now and if we did you'd have to pay cash anyway." Very rude and condescending attitude. I will be switching pharmacies after these two incidents.

Waited at the drive thru to pick up prescription. There was noone there and we were the first in line. The lady working the window didn't acknowledge us for almost 5 minutes and then finally said just one moment. Another almost 10 minutes goes by no help. Finally get help and she says the prescription that was sent in at 9am (its now 5pm) wasn't ready because they are behind on filling prescriptions due to giving covid shots and then changed her story to oh you can get this otc so we didn't process it. How dare you tell people that their potentially life altering medication wasn't filled all day because the pharmacy was too busy giving a covid shot! That's the biggest lie I have ever heard. Had she just been upfront and honest from the get go I wouldn't be mad but no she had to give some lie about being behind due to covid shots. It's always something at this pharmacy. The customer service has been awful lately.

Called in a refill on the phone to an incredibly rude male-sounding technician that did not give me their name. I am a certified pharmacy technician and never spoke to a patient or hung up on them like that. Sarcasm is NEVER appropriate when on the phone with a patient. and neither is saying "k" and hanging up. I have filled here for years but this is the last time. Also, they have never run my grandmothers insurance correctly the first time -every single time she fills, which I have looked past until now.

Dont get me wrong. Some of the pharmacist are great, but most are rude. There is this one there that talks over you, refuses to help and gets an attatude and acts like we are slow. The last FIVE times i went there he refused to run my insurence and tryed to charge me and every other person there has never charged me anything. I cant even get my heart meds when hes there.
