  I was referred to Compassion Care Clinic after my PCP retired a few years ago and I am so glad he sent all of his patients to Compassion Care Clinic! From the front desk staff all the way to the medical assistants and everyone I have interacted with has been amazing. Ms. Stacey and Ms. Deneshia have been wonderful and they listen to me and are truly advocates for their patients. If you are in need of a PCP that listens and advocates for you, Compassion Care Clinic is who I definitely recommend!

  Great office to go to for care. They all treat you very well and handle you with sincere compassion and care, especially the lady Randi. She made sure I had what I needed and I really appreciate her. Thank you all so much

  The very best experience ever with the entire staff at compassion care. My mom is 91 years old they have a service that calls me very often to check in to see how she is doing and if we need anything. Her name is Randi and she is a God send. The whole staff makes my mom feel special. They act like they care about her and her well being. When they make her feel special, heard and seen, it means everything to me. Thanks so much for you compassion.

  Run don't walk. To justify medication she will falsify your medical records saying you have something but you don't. They incorrectly code things more expensive for your insurance and I have proof for all of this. They have not been my doctor for months but they want to charge me for a no call no show because they cannot communicate anything amongst themselves. Don't go here! Edited to add: no you don't take these concerns very seriously. I brought up your billing codes are incorrect and you havent changed them in months. I changed doctors because your staff is the worst and yet you want to charge me for a no-call no-show when I'm not even your patient anymore! 4 months with a better place but you want to charge me? Lol I got incorrectly diagnosed with something that I do not have and there's no history in my chart to prove I had it. So thanks for that mess up which has SCREWED up my entire health history and other places saying oh you have this and this...no I do not! Instead of admitting your negligence over not removing me as a patient is what is causing this review for everything to come out. Maybe billing should've just said oh I'm sorry let me remove the charge. Nope you didn't want to do that so now everyone can read about this. My insurance companies are now getting copies of my proof.

  I have been going to this place for almost one year. I have never had any issues in getting my prescriptions refilled and am thankful they gave me referrals to a few specialist. Im currently experiencing some communication issues with getting one of my refills. Im hoping it gets resolved quickly and this is the first time I have called or messaged without a response for days. Overall I think the staff and nurses are friendly and take the time to hear you. I appreciate how hard they work and the level of care given.
