  Unbelievable! We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Yarlagadda! He explained things we needed to know greatly! What steps we need to take! We’ve been in the dark since my significant other (Luke Smith) was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August 2025. He has given us different options and taking the necessary avenues to actually start moving forward! Thank you so much!!!

  I really like doctor Yarlagada. I am not sure why but my husband and I are always an hour or better before being taken back for examination.

  If I could leave -5 Stars I would My husband was referred to Clarksville Urology for ED. After the first round of bloodwork and an elevated PSA level we went from a Cystoscopy that was scheduled 2 months out to needing an MRI of his prostate immediately, with no real communication as to why until we forced a phone call. We had to go to Nashville for the MRI, originally scheduled for end of February and moved it earlier due to PSA level's increasing drastically in a month. The results were received by the clinic and without us calling to follow up we wouldn't have any idea and additionally the only follow up provided to us was confirmation that MRI results were received. Our provider as of today has not called us with the results. We were able to see the MRI report in his patient portal which show 2 lesions and a PI-RADS score of 4. We immediately scheduled with Vanderbilt Urology in Springhill and were seen in less than a week. We have a path for follow up diagnostic testing in place. In addition there were also bladder issues that without the treatment plan we received from Vanderbilt could have led to kidney failure which Clarksville Urology didn't even address. We now have confidence that my husband's health will be well managed by competent medical professionals moving forward. Communication is everything during a health event and this clinic does not understand that.

  Not at all pleased with this office. My husband's initial visit was simply to tell him they were referring him elsewhere and we're going to send him homr with two prescriptions, one that we were skeptical about, however husband stated that he wanted it. We never received the follow up we were told for the test that had been done and no prescriptions were ever called in. When we followed up yesterday and the woman called in a prescription, it was something totally different than what was discussed. I wonder how and why such a mistake could be made. We do not feel comfortable receiving treatment here going forward and will not be returning.
