I have a horrible experience every time I come to this place. They never send my medication to the place I request and they never answer the phone.
I have been going to them for years. They have made the paperwork difficult, including making you scan a barcode and do the paperwork yourself every single time you come in to visit. They also demand a copay, even if you have a Health reimbursement account, which makes you have to pay it and then submit to your insurance to get paid back, and they can verify. The girl at the front desk was nice, but the business itself has stopped being user friendly and their bureaucratic B.S. is more than is necessary.

I am so grateful that this clinic was open for reasonable hours during the weekend. They were the only ones available to help me get treatment for my 2 year old at the time i needed it. They impressed me, and I would recommend them to anyone. I was able to check in online, fill out my paperwork, and tell them I arrived all on my phone making the process so fast and easy. The nurse, Kiara, is a sweetheart and made my nervous toddler feel right at home. The nurse practioner was so kind and efficient in his work. I left knowing we received quality care, and it took less than 45 minutes!

I had pain in my back and neck from a few days from a fall. Was able to register online very easy. And woke up the day of my appointment feeling very bad, both ears hurting, sore throat, pain to the touch of my neck. Yes I had to sign in for two different visits, but it worked out GREAT Jessica at the front desk was able to take care of that really quickly. The MA 's Hayley took care of the x-rays and injection 💉 and Schandi did the swabs for the test that Dr. Granger had ordered. While at the same time attending to the other patients all within a timely manner. 👌 10/10 will recommend. The patient flow was high and Dr. GRANGER was handling it as quickly as he could with his teem of the day. Awesome ❤️ job . Thank you❤️❤️
Walked into a walk in clinic to have 2 rude employees point at a QR code so I can use their online tool to schedule an appointment... at the walk in clinic... that I had walked into.
Lazy approach and the billing department will just bill you for whatever they'd like. Even treatments you didn't receive.
I'm also confident they don't own a broom. This place is disgusting throughout.
AFC should be shut down. This isn't helping anyone.
