  I absolutely love Tru Dental! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly staff who genuinely care and take the time to walk you through every step of the process. I’ve never had such a pleasant dental experience before. My hygienist, Danieal, was incredibly informative, and friendly, which made the whole visit very comfortable. Dr. Slavik was equally impressive. Very professional, kind, and thorough in explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She even went out of her way to fit me into her schedule the same day I came in for a cleaning, saving me from having to make another trip the next day. Most importantly, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, which says a lot! Also, a big shoutout to Michael and his team, as they do an excellent job with scheduling, check-ins, and sending reminders, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The entire staff was welcoming and always had a smile. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Slavik and my hygienist. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares about your comfort and experience, this is it!

  Called this morning to see if they could fix my broken filling since my regular dentist was unavailable. They were extremely nice and were able to fit me in day of. Jesanyelis and Dr. Stanford were caring, direct, and made sure I felt no pain at all. They were able to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently and answered all the questions I had. I was so pleased with the experience that I decided to use them for all my dental care now on! When I went to check out at the front desk they were extremely sweet and personable, and were able to book me for a full exam for my next visit.

  My first visit to True Dental of Chattanooga was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Autumn welcomed me at the front desk with such genuine kindness that my nerves immediately began to settle. The office itself is peaceful and modern — large windows, soft lighting, and a quiet, calming atmosphere that makes you feel cared for before you even sit in the chair. Dr. Kristina Slavik and her assistant, Davanna, provided a level of professionalism and compassion that is rare to find. Davanna’s gentle, attentive manner made every step of my first visit feel manageable, and Dr. Slavik took the time to listen closely to all of my concerns. She created a treatment plan that was thoughtful, realistic, and tailored to my needs. Their teamwork reflects a practice built on strong values, ethics, and a sincere commitment to patient well‑being. Kudos to Danielle, the dental hygienist, who handled my sensitive teeth with remarkable care. And applause to Michael, who introduced me to a flexible payment option through “Cherry,” making the extensive work I needed feel financially achievable. The small touches also speak volumes: sunglasses to soften the bright lights, and a ceiling‑mounted TV playing slow‑motion nature scenes that help keep the mind calm during treatment, a fresh warm face towel after treatment, even a neck pillow to ensure highest level of comfort. These thoughtful details show how intentionally this office prioritizes patient comfort. Conveniently located on Gunbarrel Road in the Publix Supermarket complex next to Drake’s Restaurant, with plenty of parking, True Dental is easy to access and even easier to trust. I highly recommend True Dental of Chattanooga to anyone seeking a dental provider who blends advanced technology with heartfelt, patient‑first care.   My Cleaning and x-rays went perfect but was surprised if I know that when I got to my dentist appointment, there was no dentist in Office. She’s going to review my x-rays and I will have to go back in if there’s any problems. I just feel like they should always have a dentist in the office if they are open otherwise the hygienist is awesome and did a great job!

  I have to say, out of all the dentists I’ve been to in my life, this one is by far the BEST. Not only did they squeeze me in for a last-minute dental emergency, but every single person there was incredibly friendly. I didn’t encounter one person who didn’t greet me with a smile. They get a 20/10 for customer service. The dentist herself was wonderful. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary work. She simply explained what I actually needed and offered suggestions...no pressure at all. At other dental offices, I’ve always felt pushed into extra procedures I didn’t need, so that meant a lot. And I have to give a special shoutout to the dental hygienist, Becky. She was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. I get very nervous going to the dentist because of some bad past experiences, and Becky actually sat and talked with me until the dentist came in. That small act of kindness made such a big difference. Even when they went over billing, they were honest and straightforward. They explained what they recommended, what my insurance covers and doesn’t cover, and what optional things I could choose to do if I wanted. No pressure...just information. Honestly, it’s probably one of the most affordable dental offices I’ve ever been to. The office itself was beautiful, spotless, and very organized. Absolutely hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and this will definitely be my dentist from here on out. I can’t brag on them enough! 😊
