  Dirty, moldy, unprofessional, and in a sketchy part of town. Go to Knoxville if you can.

  They got me in 15 or 20 minutes before my appointment, which was great I didn't have to wait long. Rebecca was my lab technician did a wonderful job, she was very pleasant and super helpful with answering my insurance questions. They are temporarily in a church right now which is odd but looking forward to their new permanent location they'll be moving to. Great, painless experience.
