  Check in is streamlined with a kiosk, no having to wait for staff to be available. I recommend having an appointment if your visit is time sensitive. There were 4 people there before me, but I had an appointment and I was In and out in 10 minutes. Had my results within 24 hours. The phlebotomist was very kind, she made sure I fully understood what my insurance was covering and what would be my responsibility. It was an all around great experience

  Worst phone system ever. I just need to ask a person a simple question. I paid $130 for an antibody test and they said it would be returned in 1-2 days. It's been 5 days and I haven't gotten any results

  Well we were half our late for apptmts due to ice on the road. Checkin was quick and easy and services provided were professional, friendly, quick and virtually painless. Quest owes miss Felicia for this review. Her coworkers out sick she was single handedly managing everything with a smile

  My cousin had to go here n she said service was excellent. She had to have blood work n is very hard to hit. She was in and out in 10 mins n the nurse got blood first time. She said the service was 5 stars and they were very polite and courteous.
