We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. I felt rushed while completing my paperwork, which made the process stressful. Additionally, the staff member whose desk is located in the center of the office did not seem attentive or helpful, particularly when I had questions about my vision insurance. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I would have appreciated clearer guidance. Had I not provided a card with my employer’s name, I would have left without any information on how to locate my insurance provider. I also noticed that phone interactions came across as abrupt and unwelcoming, which impacted my overall impression of the office’s customer service. While I value the care provided by Dr. Rosenthal, I believe the administrative staff could benefit from improved professionalism and patient support.
