- JRJosalyn RogersNov 17, 20251.0Zero stars if possible. Five months in and still no wheelchair and insurance says the order has been canceled twice by them. Apparently, working with the disabled in need of equipment is not a strength of theirs.
- MJmicky jonesAug 31, 20251.0Iv had a horrible experience with them. They seem nice, yet nothing gets taken care of like it needs to be. I have been trying with them for 2 years on getting my wife a new wheelchair cushion. She has had hers since 2020 and the company doesn't make it anymore. So we have went down the rabbit hole of them forgetting about us. Making us believe that they had no options on cushions, to where she felt like she had to accept it. Then they forgot to mail it to us, to us getting a custom one eventually the next year like her old one. Then finding out its nothing like it. Then after them not getting back in touch with me, to me having to call the main office. To finally them saying they have a few now that might work and knowing shes not able to sit up well saying they cant bring them out to our house when they can do it knowing its a far drive for anyone that can barely sit up. Its just not acceptable. They can come out to adjust the wheelchair, yet they can't come out to help her find the right wheelchair cushion???? Tell me how this makes sense??? These guys aren't very helpful at all on finding my wife the right one. Its taking far too long. Shes not able to do normal things. She hurts cause hers is wore out, yet they are over there pushing us off till i call coorperate!!! Please do better!!!!

They were great to work with they got the new wheelchair to me super fast in just a couple weeks. This being a completely custom wheelchair that is amazing. Also when it came in they stayed late for me to get there after work. Everyone there was great but huge thanks to Felicia and Michael.
- NKNathan KeenerJul 16, 20251.0I got my power chair from NSM four years ago and I got my manual chair three years ago. I quit using the power chair when I got the manual hoping it would have less problems but I’ve basically become a wheelchair mechanic due to NSM’s lack of caring. Made both of my chairs too tall for me (I’m 6’3), and my manual is constantly having new problems. I get a new chair next year and I will never go through this awful company again; all they care about is getting your money, not how your life in the chair will be.
