It’s like the other low rating cancelling your membership is nearly impossible the manager will tell you cancelling is a breeze you don’t have to worry about the 30 day contract. That’s a LIE! I have been going back and forth with them. Mainly bc their manager said you can cancel anytime. If they stuck by the message that it is a solid 30 day cancellation then I would get that but don’t preach were easy to work with it bc now I’ve lost RESPECT AND TRUST. In club pilates integrity. Go to The WRKT! They’re amazing and really work with you and the classes are actually a workout.

enjoyed classes, but trying to cancel your membership is like pulling teeth. It’s hard to reach them on the phone, so a text AND email was sent and ignored. They did get and read the text! Molly tried to say it didn’t matter because I didn’t leave a voicemail, and stated there was never an email. What’s weird is, they never had any issues texting with me until it was to cancel the membership. They never had any issues calling to answer a question if I texted, until I wanted to cancel my membership. So be warned, you’ll probably have to show up in person to get it cancelled if you can’t make it to classes. They charged my card today and said it was because I didn’t give a 30 day notice, however no one would reach out to communicate that to me. Nor did they communicate that pausing your membership was a $25 fee every month until you activate it again. If there was any communication back to me, I would have understood and went with it. Instead I was ignored, charged anyways, and when I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, told that well I should’ve left a voicemail. I think it’s weird communicating isn’t a problem until someone wants to cancel. They’re sweet until you don’t want to pay over $100 a month!

I was really looking forward to visiting this location while in town visiting family. I signed up through ClassPass and drove about 30 minutes for a 4:00pm class. On the way, I called to let them know I was traveling from farther away and stuck in traffic due to heavy rain. The person at the front desk told me that as long as I arrived before 4:05, I’d be able to join. I got there at 4:03, but since I’m not familiar with the area, I had trouble figuring out how to get upstairs. I finally found the entrance, ran up the stairs, and walked in right at 4:05—only to be told I couldn’t join. I cried afterward because I had been promised a spot, and it was clear they had no intention of working with me. I was upset by the lack of compassion and poor customer service. I went out of my way to attend a class at a location I had never been to before, so I was expecting more flexibility and kindness from their staff. I understand that time is important for a business like this, but I would hope their presence and care in customer interactions would be something they value as well—unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.
