  Wait time was about 5 minutes so that's a plus . Less wait time to see the doctor after being called back. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

  I recently moved to Tennessee and needed to find a new primary care doctor. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was grateful that they were able to see me quickly without the long wait to establish my primary care. During check-in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my insurance. She took the time to call the insurance company and patiently worked through the situation until everything was sorted out so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I truly appreciated the extra effort and care. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly throughout my visit. Dr. Bruce Thomson is excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, attentive, and he takes the time to listen to his patients without making them feel rushed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to have found such a caring and supportive medical care. And highly recommend them. Thank you all. Parvaneh
