Sherrie was very kind, informative and patient. I was sized with arch supports and instructed on how to use and care for them. Sherrie was very thorough in her explanations, promised to follow up on my progress in a week, and even offered to carry my purchases to my car. Praying the Good Feet people can ease my pain and yours.

Adri Akers worked with me to refine the Good Feet process at the Pinnacle location in Bristol, TN. I could not have had any better service! I met with her three times before I "took the plunge." She was consistently patient with all of my requests, no matter how many times I wanted to try different combinations of inserts. She was also VERY patient with the confusion I experienced, not due to any fault of hers, but because I have a bit of "brain fog" due to low blood sugars. Adri could be a model for anyone needing training on the Good Feet process. She knows the product in and out, and presents it with grace, tolerance and style. Thank you, Adri.

Devin was wonderful! I came into the store limping and hardly able to put pressure on my left foot. When I left with my inserts, I was already able to put more weight on my foot and my gait was smoothing out. 30 minutes fixed months worth of pain. My three young children were with me and the staff was so kind to us. Extremely happy with the whole experience!

Adri at the store in Bristol, TN was wonderful and very informative. I got the massager and 1 set of insoles. Hoping and praying this helps my feet. Also got a new pair of Ghost Max shoes. Great people who really seem to care and want what’s best for your feet.

I visited on November 8. My right heel had been painful to walk on for weeks. Matt measured and took imprints of my feet. He then took a box off the shelf and explained the 3 inserts, how and when to wear them. I felt instant relief. However! I spent almost $1500, returned for a less rigid 1st insole BUT actually did not get any relief from any of the insoles in the weeks I had them. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day when I work and I was still limping around. I've since seen a podiatrist, purchased doctor recommended insoles and received a shot in my right heel. Because I signed an agreement that I could not receive a refund the best I can get is store credit. Very disappointed considering the advertising leads us to believe the products will eliminate pain.
A return visit on December 20th was great! Adri worked with me to find the right set of arch supports. We will keep in touch to be sure we are on the path to less pain and good feeling feet. Thank you.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet Arch Supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible function to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions unlike generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot discomfort is due to foot issues rather than the shoes. Good arch supports stabilize your foot, which can reduce or alleviate pain caused by foot-related problems.
