I called 3 times Saturday and twice on Sunday, before I was even called back by the physician on call. I was finally able to get them filled on Sunday right before the drugstore closed....
- KRKathie Rose3 days ago2.0Loved Dr. Hicks and the nurse who took my stats. I was referred to Mountain Empire as I had a foreign body in my eye last Friday. Really painfull but what was hugely painfull was not getting anyone to answer the phone from Monday until Thursday! Just kept getting the loop for four days. That's totally unacceptable!! I heard others in the waiting room saying the same thing. For that alone I would not recommend nor go back there which is hugely unfortunate as they are so convenient, nice facility but don't come across as patients are a priority. 😔

They were all very helpful in filling out my forms and people came from behind the desk to open doors and assist. They were extremely kind, above what might be considered necessary.
