The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I walked in at 1pm and was told the next appointment was at 3pm. They were going to lunch. No one was there and the website says lunch is 1:30-2:15.
I witnessed a lady who had been in her car trying to sign in for a 1pm appointment at 1:06 and she was told to come back at 3:20..she tried to explain how she had been trying to sign in on line. I went to the Urgent Care Clinic next door.
Last year I had a great experience there but not today.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AS BELOW. I was in the virtual visit via the zoom link all by myself, no one showed up, and then a minute later while i was still in zoom call by myself, I got an email that my appointment was cancelled. So, this is the level of service you get if you schedule a virtual visit through here. I didn't pick this location, but I will try to make sure this is not the case in the future. i've been to little clinic in hermitage and it was very nice. This service was definitely a waste of time and my poor little girl is sick, and it would have been nice to just have someone come on when they were supposed to. I spent the 30 minutes filling out all the information and waiting, and you guys even changed my appointment time to 1 instead of what I picked at 12, which was cool. Just to not show up and when I call there is no service? No one saying, hey, let me see what happened, let's get you fixed up. THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE. Don't do it. Waste of time.

This location opens at 830am and the physicians stroll in at 830am. No prior to opening procedures so they need "time" after the business is open to prepare for customers (patients). Obviously they don't respect anyone else's time. Go to another clinic.

Very poor customer service. I made an appointment and waited for 15 minutes for a warm body to appear. Then i was told because I didn't sign in correctly they could not see. No effort towards any accommodation was made. Done with Kroger

Just stopped at Kroger Brentwood (neighborhood location) once again disappointed with the lack of customer service. It was 6:55 pm my finane’ And I stopped to get a piece of cake at the bakery. We waited for 10 minutes and no one was around. Saw a young lady working in the cheeses beside it and ask if any one was working the Bakery. No she said “ they went home. “ we ask” Can someone else help us? Her reply “ No there is no one else . We said so we can’t pay other thing she shrugs her shoulders and says “No” we ask “ Really? She says sorry. Seriously this is the worst customer service as always.
Should have just gone to Publix as we normally do. Tried again but sorry we did. Left without buying any thing!
Do you guys care???
