- LPLisa PhelpsJul 16, 20231.0My boyfriend took his daughter to this clinic because she had pink eye.... he was asked everything from what college he went to, to how the mother of his child died. I do not understand how his employer and his marital status was relevant to his daughters conjunctivitis. It sounded like she was checking him out for herself, it was to the point he told her he's never been asked those questions, not even by his daughters pediatrician. The only reason he took her there was her pediatrician was not open on a Sunday. We'll never return to this location. Ever. A. Mcleay maybe you should ask him more about his daughters condition and not his place of employment or about his wife's death... I really see no relevance to her pink eye...

I was in the virtual visit via the zoom link all by myself, no one showed up, and then a minute later while i was still in zoom call by myself, I got an email that my appointment was cancelled. So, this is the level of service you get if you schedule a virtual visit through here. I didn't pick this location, but I will try to make sure this is not the case in the future. i've been to little clinic in hermitage and it was very nice. This service was definitely a waste of time and my poor little girl is sick, and it would have been nice to just have someone come on when they were supposed to. I spent the 30 minutes filling out all the information and waiting, and you guys even changed my appointment time to 1 instead of what I picked at 12, which was cool. Just to not show up and when I call there is no service? No one saying, hey, let me see what happened, let's get you fixed up. THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE. Don't do it. Waste of time.
