- JDJ DDec 6, 20202.0I took a family member to The Little Clinic in Kroger (6690 Nolensville Pike. Brentwood, TN 37027) for a Covid test. Instructions said to call from car. No one answered, so I went in. The receptionist said they are so busy, they don't have time to do tests from the car anymore. She said the person getting tested should just come into the store. I am flaberghasted. Really? We should send potentially positive covid patients into a grocery store!?!
- THThomas HardinMar 8, 20201.0The time where people can be seen the most is on the weekends and it's there shortest time scheduled. On top of that the need to have a break. Which I can understand but have no coverage so the clinic can stay open. Tell people who can be sick that they'll need to come back later. Its was about 1:45p and I was asked to come back at 4:30p which is 30mins from when they close. My family and I will never use this clinic again. I guess there is a reason they are only 3.3 in a star rating.
