The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
The establishment presents itself as exceptionally well-maintained and orderly. The front desk staff is notably friendly, and Rachael, in particular, is commended for her attentiveness and welcoming demeanor. We recommend seeking her assistance upon your visit.

I have had okay experiences here before for easy things (ex. pink eye). However, I went a few weeks back, and I had a horrible experience. I hesitated to post because I thought that Little Clinic management was going to make it right, but 2 hang up phone calls and finding out they closed my case with no resolution warranted a review.
I went in for a fever/headache combo. The nurse or nurse tech was very kind when she took my vitals. Then the provider comes in. Asks me what is going on. She then asks if I think I should get a COVID or flu test (isn’t she the person who should decide if my symptoms warrant that). I tell her that I’m not sure. She proceeds to tell me I have fluid in my ear. She never addresses that. She then asks me if I think I need to go to the ER. I tell her “no, that is why I am here”. She then proceeds to tell me that if I’m not better in 3 days that I need to go to the ER immediately and get a MRI. I try to clarify why with no resolution.
I then ask what she is going to do for me today. She asks me “oh, you want meds?” I proceed to tell her I’m not med seeking by any means but would love something to help with the headache because Tylenol and ibuprofen weren’t helping. She prescribes me one med that the pharmacy would not fill due to it having major reactions to one of my other meds. She calls in a different one (both times I talk to the clinic again, they emphasize the ER). The one she called in was a one day supply, and it did not help.
I ended up having to go back to the doctor to get my ear checked out because the fluid was never addressed. I ended up getting over the counter migraine medicine, and it went away rather quickly.
I spoke with the district manager after filing a complaint. She seemed to be together and did not understand why she kept trying to get me to go to the ER. She promised to call back the following day. That was over 2 weeks ago, and the case has been closed with nothing done.
Horrible experience from start to finish, and I am still dealing with them.

The main providers, Hannah and Jordan, are knowledge and efficient at their jobs. They put effort into making patients feel welcome and they help us the best that they can.

I and my family went to this clinic. I said we wanted to have a flu shot. I asked the counselor. Is my insurance valid? He said yes to me. Then they send me an invoice. I paid. This is unfair
