StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Brentwood offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- BWBrian WilliamsSep 28, 20255.0I want to leave a special review for Stretch Lab Brentwood. I have been with them for 3 1/2 years & have not regretted it. Yes, I do live a good distance away ( Clarksville ), but it is worth the drive and the expense. For me physically, I have spinal stenosis. The stretches help me be more flexible and they have given me so much advice for my exercising. Stretch Lab also helps me mentally with my autism as well. My flexogist Theresa & staff member Nishtiman are so caring in every detail I am so grateful.

The pricing is so confusing and they go over it with you on the computer screen. There’s no brochure to look at and take and you can’t go online to see the pricing. The package of 5 stretches cost more per stretch than the package of 3 which makes no sense. The stretches expire after a month, use it or lose it…just not customer friendly. It’s a shame because the place looks clean and the staff is friendly but I find it hard to do business. I just left and went to Stretch Zone and was able to buy a package of stretches that I have 6 months to use. Much better! I feel bad, I wanted to do business at StretchLab.
