  Dr. Patel and his beautiful staff saw my family of 5 today. If I am completely honest it was the most elevated dental experience I've ever experienced. For starters the dental hygienist were so patient, meticulous, and gentle with my young ones. I 100% recommend Nashville Dentistry Co. They should be at the top of your consideration.

  Recently moved to Nashville and this dentistry was recommended to me. All of the staff were very friendly and Dr. Patel is very personable. Their facility is also very nice. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist in the Nashville area.

  AVOID! SCAM Alert! Unethical, Frustrating, and Unprofessional Dental Practice I came to this clinic for a simple routine cleaning and left feeling scammed, humiliated, and cheated. Instead of helping me, the staff immediately tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary treatments — “deep cleaning,” multiple fillings, and other charges that I clearly did not need. I explained that I had recently had a cleaning in another state, but they flat-out refused to do a regular cleaning unless I agreed to their expensive plan. What made the experience worse was the way I was treated. After declining their upsell, the dental tech left me strapped in the chair for nearly 20 minutes, only to come back and tell me they wouldn’t perform the cleaning at all. During this time, I overheard staff making unprofessional comments about me not having insurance, which was both humiliating and insulting. When I finally walked out — with no cleaning and no care provided — the receptionist told me I owed money. For what, exactly? Sitting in a chair? Later, I discovered they had the audacity to send a $90 bill to collections for services that were never provided. Now my credit is being threatened over a charge that is completely fraudulent. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the dentist directly to resolve this, I was told he “did not want to talk to me.” That alone says everything about how little this office values patients. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. They refused care, wasted my time, embarrassed me, billed me for nothing, and then sent that false bill to collections. In my opinion, this practice should be investigated for unethical and fraudulent behavior. Again, I DO NOT owe this clinic any money. They need to call the collection company themselves, resolve this issue, and maybe even apologize if they have any decency left in them. I wish there was 0 star to give this practice because I don't even want to give them 1 star!
