  Absolutely the slowest, 18 days to have a prescription filled. Told me they were waiting for BC/BS to approve, when I had received a letter from BC/BS had approved it! Plus they had paid for the previous scrip same med that took 3 days to fill. Then sent me a text saying they had to contact my NP, and told me the same in person. Paid a visit to my NP, where they had records of correspondence, and Krogers never contacted them and the NP had sent the scrip in three times. Went back to Krogers with the facts and they filled it in 20 minutes.

  Unbelievably unreliable and unhelpful technicians/pharmacist. We were told by two different people that our medicine would be ready yesterday, and then again today, only for us to show up and be told in person it's not available to be picked up until tomorrow from a pharmacist with unnecessary attitude. Whoever was working 10/30 and 10/31 is inept and leading an inept team. Get your team on the same page, if your calls are recorded you can hear the incorrect information we were given several times. We're set to leave town and instead we're wasting our time driving back and forth on false information given to us multiple times. All the bad reviews for this pharmacy are well earned, you'd think Kroger would hold their services to a higher standard.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy, my prescription was held back for an entire week. I cannot skip doses of my medication but they still did nothing to help me, will be changing my pharmacy, I highly recommend you stay away from this one.
