    Absolutely the slowest, 18 days to have a prescription filled. Told me they were waiting for BC/BS to approve, when I had received a letter from BC/BS had approved it! Plus they had paid for the previous scrip same med that took 3 days to fill. Then sent me a text saying they had to contact my NP, and told me the same in person. Paid a visit to my NP, where they had records of correspondence, and Krogers never contacted them and the NP had sent the scrip in three times. Went back to Krogers with the facts and they filled it in 20 minutes.

    two Bad apple so far among pharmacists. The rest of them perfect. I have been going there since january 2007

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy, my prescription was held back for an entire week. I cannot skip doses of my medication but they still did nothing to help me, will be changing my pharmacy, I highly recommend you stay away from this one.

    Doctor called and left a message to fill a prescription. Went to pick it up. Said no record of it being called in. I really don't believe they listen to their messages.
