The technician that came into my house was very knowledgeable and familiar with the issue that I was experiencing with the treadmill. He called the manufacturer's support line to make sure about his diagnosis. The part was ordered and the repair completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended if you are experiencing issues with your exercise equipment!

About 2 years ago, my wife wanted an elliptical, so I purchased, a pre-owned Precor elliptical from Fitness Direct, and she loves it! John and his right hand tech, Jeff, have been totally professional, very attentive to our needs, and they do superb work. I have them come once a year for an overall maintenance check on both pieces of our equipment, and they work like new. Don’t shop anywhere else, go to Fitness Direct!

Ordered a Precor bike and had it shipped. Older model UBK615 w/ PVS. I could not get the TV to work . Even hardwired it.. Called this company came right out. EASY fix. In and out !! I would recommend this company anyday . Thanks again!! I need another part on my bike. I will be using this company. TRENTON is awesome. HIGHLY recommended. YOU can tell he enjoys his job. He takes pride in making customers happy!!
