J Craddock is amazing. She is our manager and makes sure not only that our family member gets great care, but actually rolls up her sleeves and gets things done. She visits regularly, coaches/monitors his care and even helped clean up when he had a water leak. Reshena is an amazing caregiver. She does more than just keep him going—she engages and cares about his & his quality of life. She looks at his photos with him, engages him in conversation and motivates him to do more than he normally would (like exercising on his foot pedals). The two of them are a blessing.

Was to have a team in place to care for Mother in law they didn't was trying to force us to pay overtime after no coverage wife missed work.. Next week caregiver quit two days with out coverage and again tried to force to pay overtime wife out of work again because they had no coverage. We were told they have caregivers in Murfreesboro but they dont. First caregiver 45 Minutes late and fell asleep on couch.
Because we didn't want her back we were told we would have to pay overtime to cover.
