- VCVicki CulbersonDec 1, 20255.0I had never heard of the Bone and Joint Institute until I fell off a ladder back in June of 2025. I had such a wonderful experience that I decided to go to their physical therapy location at Creekside in Brentwood. What a blessing to be treated by their team of Maggie,Paige,Gabby,and Braiden. While they were all so good, Maggie was my primary therapist. She did a remarkable job getting me back to normal. I just got released today December 1st 2025. They said my shoulder is now better than my other uninjured shoulder. I can’t thank you all of you enough for bringing me back to better than before, especially Maggie. The over all experience at The Bone and Joint Institute in a 10 plus stars! Thank you to all of you for such remarkable results! My wife was seeing Dr.Stark and Maggie at the same time I was for her knees and now she can move her knees in ways she wasn’t able to. We can’t thank you enough for such super results! - MMMatthew MarlowSep 19, 20251.0The PA available (Cameron Greene) was overtly unconcerned with my pain levels, condition, and overall wellbeing. He seemed to think I shouldn't be seeking additional medical advice (despite being told i should by a separate physician) and suggested I was perfectly fine despite not being able to stand for 5 minutes with out relatively severe pain. I would not visit this clinic.

We accept walk-in and same day appointments at out orthopaedic urgent care clinics in Brentwood, Nolensville, and Thompson’s Station, and may be able to accept same day appointments at our Franklin location.
Do you see pediatric patients?
We see many children with orthopaedic injuries at all of our locations. We also have smaller sized splints, crutches, and braces to accommodate children of all ages.
