Outstanding! Everyone we interacted with was professional, gave excellent care, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. They all went above and beyond to help my family. This facility is also wonderful, very clean and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have been a Bone and Joint Urgent care fan for years. My husband and I both go at least a couple of times a year for several years for general aches and pains or old backs that give out. I also regularly see a dr at Bone and Joint. But let me tell you how they've decided to trap and scam their patients going forward. My daughter was in a bad car accident last week, woke up the next day and her ankle, collar bone and wrist were hurting. I took her to Bone and Joint urgent care for X-rays. We had a good experience while we were there. After xraying all 3 areas, we left with a boot on her ankle that had a confirmed fracture, a brace for a likely sprained wrist, and a sling for her probably very bruised collar bone. The Dr said she wants to get a CT Scan on the ankle and collar bone to assess for further damage to see if my daughter needed a hard cast or needs further care. She said the ordered a STAT CT, they'd either call that day or the following Monday, and once they got the results, they'd call us with next steps. If she needed a follow up, Dr Stark could see her for both ankle and collar bone, but is out of the office until after August 5. Fine. They call Monday and can't see her until Tuesday. Fine. We show up for the CT at Bone and Joint in Franklin and they've got the wrong order. We waited an hour for them to get it situated before she could get the CT. Fine, stuff happens. Two days go by, no one called with results for a stat ct scan. We called to find out results and they won't give us the results unless we schedule an office visit. I paid for the urgent care visit, I paid $600 for a CT scan, and now I have to pay for another office visit to get results of a test I already paid for? I'm livid. The dr said he didn't feel comfortable giving results over the phone. But an office visit is going to make him more comfortable? So this stat ct scan doesn't seem like it's necessary after all. So they're holding her results for a test we already paid for hostage. To me, I planned on scheduling a follow up appointment if the CT results show that she needs further care. That's what I understood from the discussion. To have to pay for a follow up visit without knowing if she needs one is just a money grab. To not have access to a test I paid for is ludicrous. To further my annoyance, they scheduled my daughter with a Dr who would only talk to her about the collar bone. If she wants to talk to someone about her ankle, she'd have to schedule separately with an ankle Dr. That's 2 doctor visits to get results for a CT scan I already paid for, as a results of an urgent care visit I paid for. Results cost extra? Shameful. All they have to do is say "yes, it looks like there's an issue, let's get you in to see the Dr so we can discuss next steps. But they will tell me nothing. I am forced to pay if I want results. They will tell me nothing. Yeh. I'm livid. For the record, the lady who dealt with me on the phone when I called to complain was very nice. The office in Brentwood was also very nice while we were there. I want to give credit where credit is due. What I don’t appreciate is the money grab racket.
