I went in and told the girls in the front office that I was looking for someone to make me some pretty teeth and they told me that Dr MacConnell made pretty teeth. I didn’t know anything about Dr MacConnell, the center, or even clear choice. Well I actually left the center for a little while and came back later after I found out the closest clear choice was in Knoxville. The problems I had with my teeth I knew that I was going to be making numerous trips and I just didn’t want to be going back and forth to Knoxville so I elected to take a chance on the Center. Taking chances was the story of my life and for the most part they had worked out pretty good. I went for my first appointment where they made what I felt to be a blueprint of my mouth. Second appointment Dr MacConnell sat down with me and told me what he felt needed to be done with my teeth and what it was going to cost me..Fortunately I am a fiscal responsible person and was able to afford the cost even though it was more than I expected but it was time for me to pay for what I had neglected to do in life. I noticed through the whole ordeal the it seamed like every one working there , liked working there. The more appointments I had , the more comfortable I was with my choice of the Center and Dr MacConnell. Every time I had a question about something being done, whoever was working on my teeth would take the time to explain why something was being done and show me if I wanted to see something. I at different times anticipated that I was going to feel some pain, it never happened. I have a new set of top and bottom teeth now and I have had no problems at all, none. I think Dr MacConnell and the superb team of professionals he has working with him would be a perfect choice for anyone needing implant dentistry.
