I made an appointment and I got there 5 minutes early, I waited for 30 minutes and asked how long it would be. The lady up front told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour I immediately left and went somewhere else the next day.

Absolutely horrible experience. Scheduled the first apointment of the day and waited for 40 minutes before finally going to the desk to ask what was happening only to be told my appointment “wasn’t in their system” so they were going to have to re do it. So I asked if I was going to have to wait even longer and she told me no then proceeded to make me wait while calling other people who were here after me back. The whole experience felt extreme disrespectful of my time.

I would recommend you go anywhere else but here. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Aug. 22 and arrived around 8:50 a.m. They were quick enough to get my insurance information and inform me that of the $1,100.00 billed to my insurance for this visit, I had to pay $186.00. I paid, and then I waited. And I waited. And I waited. By 10:55 a.m., I decided I wanted to go somewhere else because this was ridiculous. They had THIRTY people waiting to be seen and one nurse seeing everyone. If you're not familiar with the waiting area, there hardly is one - definitely not enough space to accommodate dozens of sick people waiting to be seen. It was only after I requested a refund that I was informed the $186.00 I paid was not, in fact, part of my copayment or deductible but was instead an outstanding balance due from a previous visit long ago. It's not that I do not want to pay what I owe, I have no problem with that, but I was specifically told the payment was for this visit, and I had no idea there was a previous balance due. So of course, I could not get any refund, and I had no real choice but to continue to wait. I was not seen until about 11:30 a.m. Their tests and procedures are limited here, which I was aware of, but to be clear - $1,100.00 billed to your insurance for a minor medical outpatient visit is NOT comparable to what other providers in this region charge for similar services. It is significantly higher. And what is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait over two and a half hours after your appointment time to be seen? I will never go here again. I would recommend anyone reading this to never go to this location. Literally anywhere else in the Bartlett area, anywhere at all, would be a better choice. It was not always this bad, as obviously I have come here before and have even brought my children here when their primary doctors were unavailable. Unless something significant changes, though, this is no longer a place worth seeking care from.
Edited to add: the nurse practitioner was honestly great. The situation was not her fault. Other patients told me they were also scheduled at 9 a.m., not walk-ins. Whatever management decisions led to so many people being scheduled at once with only one person seeing everyone is where the problems lie. She was clearly overworked and didn't even have time for lunch, but she took good care of people once she could finally see them.

I wasn’t happy with the wait time but that isn’t the staffs fault. That’s on Corporate team. Staff is wonderful, very patient and empathetic. My needs were met.
