- EEEvern4 days ago1.0I took my daughter to this clinic and I most certainly WONT BE BACK.. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE ROOM, SHE ASKED US WAT WAS GOING ON, I AT LEAST THOUGHT SHE'D INTRODUCE HERSELF TO US 1st, SINCE SHE DIDN'T HAVE A BADGE ON BUT NO, STRAIGHT TO THE MONEY.. AFTER I TOLD HER, I REQUESTED THAT MY DAUGHTER HAVE THE DIFFERENT TESTS AND HER ONLY CONCERNS WAS THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL QUESTION IT... SO SHE DECIDED TO GO ON AND TEST HER BUT WAS SO ROUGH WITH MY DAUGHTER, SHE KNEW SHE HAD US UPSET.. SHE DOESN'T SHOW NO COMPASSION NOR CONCERN FOR PEOPLE... AFTER TELLING US, IT WAS ALL NEGATIVE, SHE JUST WROTE OUT HER A EXCUSE TO RETURN TO SCHOOL THE NEXT DAY...BUT SHE CAME INSIDE OF THERE WITH A 100 POINT FEVER... SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT US WHEN SHE GAVE US THE EXCUSE.. DIDN'T SAY HAVE A GREAT DAY OR ANYTHING... IF U DON'T LIKE WORKING WITH PEOPLE, GET A NEW PROFESSION... TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE REPORTING HER AND NOT VISITING THAT LOCATION BECAUSE OF HER... AND HER ATTITUDE STANK REALLY BAD... NEVER AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! I'm reading that her name is Dr. Hiromi... The Chinese looking lady..

Basically gave my a nasal spray i could buy over the counter after 2 hours past my appointment time. Everyone's appointment time was way past. An elderly man was having hard time checking in and the NP talked down to him another patient had to help him check in. Do not recommend.

We got very little sleep for two days and finally when she had a 103 fever I located this clinic thru my health insurance app. They dropped their lunch plans to see us and had us in and out in no time. The best part was that we were able to get our prescription right there in the store in less than 10 minutes. Turns out she had a pretty bad ear infection. The staff was so sweet and kind to us!
