Basically gave my a nasal spray i could buy over the counter after 2 hours past my appointment time. Everyone's appointment time was way past. An elderly man was having hard time checking in and the NP talked down to him another patient had to help him check in. Do not recommend.

The lady on the phone said we could come in to get it and immediately got denied because of our insurance and my wife asked if we could pay out of pocket bc it’s so important and she said no. We have to reschedule a very important surgery now because of her unprofessional behavior. Please contact us so we can resolve this manner
