Basically gave my a nasal spray i could buy over the counter after 2 hours past my appointment time. Everyone's appointment time was way past. An elderly man was having hard time checking in and the NP talked down to him another patient had to help him check in. Do not recommend.

- NMNatalie MartinMar 22, 20191.0Never again. To error is human. To have no accountability is unacceptable. The Nurse Practitioner made an error in dosage of our 5 year old for Strep. Didn't catch it until after I had picked up the prescription. While he was a nice guy and called me immediately when he caught the error an hour later, I had already dosed our kiddo. He had to put a 2nd scrip in. The Little Clinic will not take responsibility for the error and offer a credit for the additional fees incurred due to the error he made. I was told the pharmacy should have handled the return. The pharmacy and insurance company told me there was no way of doing this. Won't be back.

We got very little sleep for two days and finally when she had a 103 fever I located this clinic thru my health insurance app. They dropped their lunch plans to see us and had us in and out in no time. The best part was that we were able to get our prescription right there in the store in less than 10 minutes. Turns out she had a pretty bad ear infection. The staff was so sweet and kind to us!
