I come here to pick up my ADHD medication, and every visit feels like a hassle. The way staff speak to me when I ask simple questions comes across as judgmental and dismissive. It often feels like I’m being treated as a problem instead of a patient just trying to manage my health. This is medication I rely on to function day to day, and no one should feel uncomfortable or scrutinized for picking up a legitimate prescription. I hope the staff receive training in customer service and communication, because the current experience is unnecessarily stressful.

This Kroger has some of the rudest pharmacy employees. Seriously considering paying more at a different pharmacy just to not have to deal with it. They are consistently disrespectful.

Prescriptions are never ready even when “called in” . Staff extremely rude. Considering moving to Walgreens instead.

The staff at this pharmacy are always so helpful. We have United Healthcare and our prescriptions are usually priced low. We have been using Kroger Little Clinic as well and it just doesn't get any more convenient than that. The entire staff at Little Clinic are wonderful. We are happy to have this Kroger in our community!
