  I am writing to report a negative experience I had with a staff member at your pharmacy. I recently called to inquire about a prescription, Allopurinol, and during the conversation I mispronounced the name of the medication. Rather than correcting me in a professional manner, the staff member repeated the name back in a mocking and condescending tone. I was already aware that my pronunciation may have been incorrect, so this response felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when seeking assistance. This interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect. As a result of this experience, I have decided to transfer my pharmacy services to another provider. While I understand that one customer may not make a significant impact, respectful communication is important to me, and I will not continue services where I feel belittled.

  The clerk was very nice and the best part it was 6 PM and no cars no wait I love it. I wish Krogror in Arlingtonn was llke Atoka. I don' t mind the wait, but the whole staff is very rude.thats why I get my methedicines at Atoka.Maybe Atoka needs to teach Arlington some manners.

  I come here to pick up my ADHD medication, and every visit feels like a hassle. The way staff speak to me when I ask simple questions comes across as judgmental and dismissive. It often feels like I’m being treated as a problem instead of a patient just trying to manage my health. This is medication I rely on to function day to day, and no one should feel uncomfortable or scrutinized for picking up a legitimate prescription. I hope the staff receive training in customer service and communication, because the current experience is unnecessarily stressful.

  This Kroger has some of the rudest pharmacy employees. Seriously considering paying more at a different pharmacy just to not have to deal with it. They are consistently disrespectful.
