This Kroger pharmacy is absolutely the worst. No medicine, terrible attitudes, and no set schedule for the drive through to be open. The last time I was there, I asked myself for the last time, why I continue to use this pharmacy. I wish there were zero stars because that’s what they deserve. I go out of my way now. This really makes Arlington look bad. We need a Walgreens!!!!!!!

I arrived at the drive-through window at approximately 8:48 AM. An heavy set black lady with glasses inside the pharmacy area was organizing prescription bags on a shelf and appeared to notice my vehicle but did not acknowledge my presence. After waiting about 2-3 minutes, I rang the drive-through bell and received no response. I waited briefly and rang the bell a second time, believing it might not be functioning, as I have experienced similar issues at this location on prior visits. While waiting, I observed a customer inside the store approach the counter and receive assistance from a white blonde lady pharmacist, who completed the transaction and then left the area. Despite this, the drive-through window continued to be ignored. After several additional minutes without acknowledgment, I knocked on the window in order to alert staff of my presence. The heavy set lady appeared to snap, bothered by the knocking she responded via headset she had on the “entire time” and stated that there was “no need for that,” and then asked what I needed in a dismissive and sarcastic tone. I explained that I would not have knocked had someone simply acknowledged me or asked me to wait. This comment was disregarded, and I was asked only for my date of birth. After providing the information, I was informed that there were no prescriptions available for pickup. I then asked whether the drive-through bell was functioning, and the employee confirmed that it was. I again explained that I would not have knocked had my presence been acknowledged. This concern was ignored, and I was asked if there was “anything else.” Throughout the interaction, the employee appeared indifferent to the situation and showed no concern regarding my complaint. I stated that a change in attitude was necessary and then left the premises. As convenient this Kroger pharmacy is to my home I rather drive 16 minutes than to deal with the people at that pharmacy.

Very poor customer service! I went yesterday evening to get my prescription and was told they have two of the three I need and the other one would be ready tomorrow. Called this morning to see if it was ready and was told with an attitude that it was ordered yesterday and is not ready for today. No one told me that at all the night before. Now I’m stuck having really bad tooth pain from an extraction and no pain medication. I was not informed that they didn’t have the prescriptions and it had to be ordered.

Called in to confirm my prescription was received at 5:09. I was told my the pharmacist it would be ready in 30 minutes. Great! I arrived at the window at 5:49, and was told it would be another 20 minutes, along with the 4 cars ahead. We came back at 6:53. It was not until 7:23 we were greeted. We were seen and blatantly ignored for 30 minutes. As well as received a death stare from Dani when we finally honked. I had my baby in the car sleeping. Give better lead times and you won’t have so many issues.
