I was nervous due to the nature of my visit, but all said and done, I’m super satisfied!
I will absolutely be back if I need to see a dermatologist in the future and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone that might need to see one.
Very nice staff made the whole thing a pleasure.

Office staff is so rude. Thank god they sent me a message trying to reschedule my upcoming appt… that prompted me to go to their website and find out they haven’t taken my insurance for over 5 months now and never bothered to notify me. When I questioned it she was so rude and told me they found out from patients calling, as if, that makes it ok that they didn’t also notify their own patients. I tried to get information on what it would cost to be self pay and couldn’t get a straight answer out of her. She told me a $100 range for a skin exam… which why is there a range? What is it based on? My income? How you feel the day I visit? And wouldn’t give me any sort of estimate for a mole removal…. Very unprofessional and rude. Guess its a blessing they cancelled my insurance if this is how they treat their patients.
Edit to Add: They asked me to email them, and then didn’t bother to respond when I did. Terrible customer service.

We had a great experience with Whitney Colella, PA. She saw all three of our girls. They are all different ages, & she was kind in making them feel comfortable in a way that fit their age. She was knowledgeable & did thorough skin checks. She was gentle with my youngest when helping with a spot on her foot. What meant the most was that she respected our preferences. She offered recommendations that fit what we were comfortable with instead of pushing something else once she listened to our skin care needs. We are so thankful for her compassionate care. Our girls enjoy going to ensure their skin is healthy. We definitely recommend, Whitney. Thank you for another nice visit.

While I was happy with the short waiting time and easy to make appointment, I'm not happy with how they handle the prescription. It's been over 24 hours and I still havent got my prescription yet . I was there on Tuesday morning at 10 . Was told my prescription will be ready at pharmacy around noon . By noon i checked , It's not there. I called and was told they send prescription by the end of the day . OK, fair enough .
Wednesday morning I stopped by my pharmacy and there's no prescription under my name . Called the 2nd time , was told , they sent it to " tandem " and waiting for approval from my insurance. I use BCBS and I have never run any issue like this where I had to call multiple times n keep checking if meds are ready or not . I called for the 3rd time few hours later and was told the same , they gave me number to call Tandem to see the status of my prescription. Still waiting ..
It is now 430 Wednesday and I havent even received my prescription.
