    I got denied service at this urgent care because the front desk agent was unable and incapable of looking up my insurance, very frustrating, I just drove a mile down the road to another urgent care and they were able to help me and look up my insurance with no issues.

    I’m very happy to find an Urgent Care facility that takes my insurance.  The wait time in the lobby and in the room was way too long.  Tests were run which explains some of the wait time, but it was over 2 hours total; possibly 2.5.  I’ll look into Telehealth possibly next time.  I’d try AFS again though. Staff were cordial.  E-check in is the norm now it seems.  Odd thing was zero paperwork, diagnosis printouts, or recommendations and nothing about details about my visit on the app other than date & time.

    I received an email stating that I owe $44 and that you plan to charge a card you have on file in two days and I don't get to see what card it is or pick the payment method. I was also not given an option to pay online or any prior indication that this charge would occur. I paid in full at the office during my last visit. This situation feels extremely inconvenient and poorly managed.

    Scheduled an appointment an hour and 10 minutes later we were called back. The nurse was in no hurry. All we needed was a strep test and it took two hours. Could’ve just went to our primary and not used a walk-in clinic.

    I’ve had sinus pain for the last week and so I needed to see a Dr. today. There was an immediate appointment available so I was very thankful. As soon as I completed my registration, they called me back. The nurse was so nice, and as soon as she put me in the room, the Dr came in and got me set up with prescriptions. I was done quicker than I ever experienced at an urgent care, and they were all so nice. Thank you so much!
